Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. Within a year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue the education. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card in order to earn her college diploma. In October of 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she came in third. In the summer of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of the result. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. This is accomplished by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, and the other heavier weight day.
